Get to know Amsterdam from the water

Together with his team, owner Rob puts together a local experience in watersports at Nautiek. Not only by giving sailing lessons, but also by introducing other sports and events.

Sponsoring rowing competitions, dragon-boat races and canoeing events is another way Nautiek puts water sports on the Amsterdam map. Nautiek is also an active member and organiser of the world famous SAIL society. This sailing school is probably one of the best locations along the IJ waterfront to learn how to sail. If you happen to be an experienced sailor you can also rent a sailboat or when you are more the surfer kind of water explorer, you can opt for the SUP board.

Stand-Up-Paddling is an upcoming sport worldwide. Standing on a type of surfboard you paddle yourself around with a -you guessed it- paddle. It's a great workout and a unique way to explore the city. You can rent a SUP board at Nautiek or follow a lesson.
