This exhibition at the Musée du Quai Branly covers the whole of Oceania. Nearly 200 different works are on display, taking visitors on a veritable tour of the islands scattered through the Pacific, from Hawaii to Easter Island; from New Zealand to New Guinea. Exhibits include hand-carved dugout canoes and jade objects sourced from private and public collections, while videos enable visitors to discover the rich cultural heritage, tradition and history of this fixed geographical region.
