- Supervise the Front Office team
- Responsible for recruitment, training and coaching talents within the department
- Oversee and control quality of the concierge team
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Manage payments
- Coordinate communication within the team, guests and suppliers
- And most importantly represent the Yays lifestyle brand, and help our guests make the most of their Yays experience
